- 2 pound(s) beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 1 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup(s) beef broth
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 squash, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
Directions
- Place meat into slow cooker.
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and pour over beef, making sure to stir and coat evenly.
- Add garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onions, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, celery, and zucchini and squash.
- Place cover on slow cooker and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
