- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 16 ounce(s) Tuna Steak, rinsed and patted dry
- 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh dill, chopped
Directions
- Preheat grill on medium heat.
- Cut garlic cloves into slices.
- Lay fish flat making 1/4 inch deep incisions to place garlic slices. Sprinkle with dill.
- Lightly coat both sides of fish with olive oil.
- Place on the grill, only turning fish over once cooked to the desired doneness.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
