Recipe

  • 3 cup(s) veggie ground crumbles
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic, cloves
  • 1 can of tomatoes (28 oz)
  • 15 ounce(s) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can corn with liquid
  • 1 cup(s) tomato sauce
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 8 floz water

Directions

    1. Brown veggie crumbles, garlic and onion.
    2. Add tomatoes, beans, corn, tomato sauce,seasoning and water.
    3. Bring to a slow boil and then reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour.  Serve.
