1onion, chopped
2garlic, cloves
1can of tomatoes (28 oz)
15 ounce(s) kidney beans, drained
1can corn with liquid
1 cup(s) tomato sauce
1package taco seasoning mix
8 floz water
Directions
Brown veggie crumbles, garlic and onion.
Add tomatoes, beans, corn, tomato sauce,seasoning and water.
Bring to a slow boil and then reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve.
