- 3 cup(s) veggie ground crumbles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic, cloves
- 1 can of tomatoes (28 oz)
- 15 ounce(s) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can corn with liquid
- 1 cup(s) tomato sauce
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 8 floz water
Directions
- Brown veggie crumbles, garlic and onion.
- Add tomatoes, beans, corn, tomato sauce,seasoning and water.
- Bring to a slow boil and then reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve.
