Low Fat Crockpot Chicken

Low Fat Crockpot Chicken

  • 6 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) basil
  • 4 floz white grape juice
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) reduced fat can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 ounce(s) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup(s) fat free sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon(s) diced pimento

Directions

    1. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, thyme and basil.
    2. Place seasoned chicken into crockpot.
    3. Combine white grape juice, chicken soup and mushrooms and pour over chicken.
    4. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 3 hours.
    5. Add sour cream 30 minutes before taking out of crockpot.
    6. Top with pimento. Serve with rice.
