14 floz water
1 cup(s) basmati rice
1 cup(s) onions, chopped
3/4 cup(s) apple juice
4 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
2 cup(s) tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoon(s) cilantro
1 teaspoon(s) marjoram
1/3 tablespoon(s) dill weed
1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
1 dash(es) salt
16 ounce(s) shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 ounce(s) reduced fat feta cheese
2 tablespoon(s) basil
Directions
Fill a medium saucepan with 1 3/4 cups water and bring to a boil.
Add the rice, stir and bring back to a full boil.
Turn heat to low and cover and cook for 15 minutes.
