2garlic cloves, sliced
16 ounce(s) Tuna Steak, rinsed and patted dry
1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
1lemon, cut into 4 wedges
1 tablespoon(s) fresh dill, chopped
Directions
Preheat grill on medium heat.
Cut garlic cloves into slices.
Lay fish flat making 1/4 inch deep incisions to place garlic slices. Sprinkle with dill.
Lightly coat both sides of fish with olive oil.
Place on the grill, only turning fish over once cooked to the desired doneness.
