12 teaspoon(s) light non-dairy butter spread
2/3 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1 teaspoon(s) salt
2 1/2very ripe bananas (1 cup)
8 tablespoon(s) non-dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1/2 cup(s) walnuts, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix softened non-dairy butter and brown sugar until creamy with mixer or whisk by hand. Add applesauce and mix completely.
In a bowl, sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to non-dairy butter mixture and mix.
Add bananas, non- dairy sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix.
Add walnuts and add batter to pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until center of loaf comes out clean with toothpick.
