  • 4 cup(s) quinoa
  • 80 floz water
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

Directions

    1. Soak quinoa in water overnight in the refrigerator.
    2. Combine the water and quinoa in a small saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil.
    3. Lower heat and cover, cooking until the water is absorbed.
    4. Use an electric blender to blend quinoa, banana, cinnamon, vanilla extract and nutmeg.
    5. Top with honey and serve.
