4 cup(s) quinoa
80 floz water
1banana, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
3 tablespoon(s) honey
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Directions
Soak quinoa in water overnight in the refrigerator.
Combine the water and quinoa in a small saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil.
Lower heat and cover, cooking until the water is absorbed.
Use an electric blender to blend quinoa, banana, cinnamon, vanilla extract and nutmeg.
