Quinoa Porridge
Even the three bears won't have a complaint with this porridge. Prepared with quinoa, it will silence even the pickiest eater. Start your morning off with this balanced breakfast.

- 4 cup(s) quinoa
- 80 floz water
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
- 3 tablespoon(s) honey
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Directions
- Soak quinoa in water overnight in the refrigerator.
- Combine the water and quinoa in a small saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and cover, cooking until the water is absorbed.
- Use an electric blender to blend quinoa, banana, cinnamon, vanilla extract and nutmeg.
- Top with honey and serve.
