2zucchinis
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1/4 cup(s) water
1onions
1 dash(es) salt, to taste
1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
Directions
Cut lengthwise slices from zucchini using a vegetable peeler, resembling spaghetti. Stop when reaching seeds. Peel all around leaving seeded strip in center. Discard seeds.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat; saute onions and then cook and stir zucchini in the hot oil for 1 minute. Add water and cook until zucchini is softened, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
