  • 5 cup(s) organic steel cut oats
  • 1 cup(s) sliced almonds
  • 4 tablespoon(s) organic cocoa powder
  • 8 tablespoon(s) organic coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup(s) maple syrup

Directions

    1. Pre-Heat oven to 275 degrees F
    2. In a medium bowl, mix steel cut oats, chopped almonds and cocoa powder.
    3. In a medium sauce pan, melt coconut oil, then add vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix it well.
    4. Remove from heat and add to oat mixture. Stir until eveything has been nicely coated with oil mixture.
    5. Spread on cookie sheet evenly.
    6. Bake for 70 mins., cool for 5-10 minutes and it is ready to eat. Store in air tight container.
