Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place half of the mushrooms in baking pan. Dip the chicken into egg whites and then roll in bread crumbs.
In a skillet melt soy margarine and garlic over medium heat. Add salt and pepper to chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
Add other half of mushrooms, almonds, broth and pasta.
Bake 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serve and sprinkle with parsley.
