  • 2 tablespoon(s) coconut butter
  • 1 cup(s) bulgur wheat
  • 1/3 tablespoon(s) minced onion
  • 2 cup(s) low sodium vegetarian broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 1 dash(es) pepper

Directions

    1. Melt coconut butter in skillet.
    2. Once the skillet is sizzling add bulgur wheat and cook until wheat is golden.
    3. Stir in onion, vegetarian broth, salt, oregano and pepper. 
    4. Cover; heat to boiling.
    5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
