10 ounce(s) water-packed tuna fish (2-5 oz. cans)
2 tablespoon(s) light mayonnaise (add more if you desire)
1celery stalk, finely chopped
1/4cucumber, finely chopped
1/4cucumber, finely chopped
1shallots, minced
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
Directions
Open cans of tuna and drain out all of the liquid.
In a small bowl, combine tuna meat, light mayonnaise, celery, cucumber, shallot, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Stir, using a fork, for your desired consistency. Add more mayonnaise for a creamier salad.
