16 ounce(s) pound beef cut into 3 inch pieces
2garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoon(s) honey
1 tablespoon(s) agave nectar
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 ounce(s) orange juice
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper
4 cup(s) broccoli florets
1small onion, cut into wedges
2/3 tablespoon(s) corn starch
1/3 ounce(s) cold water
4 cup(s) white rice
Directions
Cut beef into small strips. Combine garlic, honey, agave nectar , soy sauce, orange juice, ginger, salt and pepper in a medium bowl and marinate the beef in this mixture for 1 hour.
In a large skillet heat olive oil. Add beef and marinade until beef is cooked thoroughly. Remove from skillet. In same skillet, stir-fry the broccoli and onion until heated through. Return beef and marinade to pan.
In small bowl, combine cornstarch and cold water and mix until no lumps. Place corn starch in skillet with beef and vegetables. Allow this to come to a boil and cook for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over rice.
