Marvelous Mashed Potatoes
Do the mash! The potato mash, that is. Nothing beats homemade, and this one will please everyone!

- 16 ounce(s) potatoes
- 5 tablespoon(s) light butter
- 1 cup(s) plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup(s) evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 2 tablespoon(s) chives
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Directions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Drain, then return them to the pot to dry out.
- Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes over low heat until smooth.
- Stir in the butter,yogurt, milk, oregano, chives, salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
