19-inch graham cracker pie crust
118-oz. can light cherry pie filling
Directions
In a large bowl, mix condensed milk, light cream cheese, and lemon juice. Beat on low speed until smooth and combined well.
Pour batter into graham cracker pie crust. Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon, remove cherries from pie filling can, leaving the gel behind.
Place cherries on the cheesecake. Serve or chill in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
