  • 1/4 cup(s) walnuts, chopped; For Salad
  • 6 cup(s) fresh spinach; For Salad
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) fresh strawberries, sliced; For Salad
  • 1/4 cup(s) non-fat plain Greek yogurt; For Dressing
  • 1/4 cup(s) low-fat buttermilk; For Dressing
  • 3 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar; For Dressing
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) poppy seeds; For Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice; For Dressing
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt; For Dressing
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste; For Dressing

Directions

    1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, buttermilk, sugar, lemon juice, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate to chill dressing. At least 30 minutes. 
    2. In a large bowl, toss spinach, strawberries, and walnuts. Pour dressing on top of salad and toss gently.
    3. Serve.
