Black Bean Flautas

Make it a fiesta with this crowd pleaser! Perfectly crunchy on the outside, black bean goodness in the middle. This is great with a guacamole dip. Eat as an appetizer or as a main dish. Either way you'll be muy contento!

  • 2 cup(s) refried black beans
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 6 stoneground white corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil

Directions

    1. In a medium sized bowl, add refried black beans, jalepeno, onion and garlic and mix well.
    2. Place oil in skillet and warm on medium heat until oil is warm. Once sizzling, grab tortilla and fill with refried bean mixture.
    3. Roll tortilla up and place fold down into warm skillet. Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side. 
    4. Place on plate with paper towel to absorb excess oil. 
    5. Once finished, enjoy with Guacamole dip. Enjoy!
