  • 1/2 cup(s) lentils
  • 1 cup(s) organic brown rice
  • 2 cup(s) gluten free, reduced sodium vegetable broth
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) cumin
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dairy free butter
  • 1/4 cup(s) onions, chopped

Directions

    1. Rinse and drain lentils in a colander.
    2. In a medium sized saucepan, mix lentils, onion and rice.
    3. Add gluten-free vegetable broth, cumin and dairy free butter.
    4. Bring to a boil. Cover and lower heat to simmer and cook for 40 minutes or until broth is absorbed and lentils are soft and tender.
    5. Serve and enjoy!
