3 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar
3 tablespoon(s) teriyaki sauce
1 1/2 floz champagne
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) ginger root, finely grated
1garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
1 dash(es) sea salt
1 dash(es) pepper
2dolphinfish fillet (mahi-mahi)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 °F.
Mix maple syrup, sugar, teriyaki sauce, champagne, gingerroot, garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, sea salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and cover dolphin fillets.
Marinate fillets for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
In an oven safe skillet heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil on medium-high heat.
Cook the fillets for 5 to 7 minutes.
Transfer the fillets and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
