1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place the potato slices on the baking sheet and sprinkle with cayenne pepper and salt.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake until tender and golden brown, turning occasionally, about 35 minutes.
