1 cup(s) chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup(s) cilantro
1 tablespoon(s) green olives
1 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
1/8 tablespoon(s) anchovy paste
4garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
1 dash(es) salt
1 dash(es) pepper
2/3 cup(s) lemon juice
2 2/3 floz water
1/4 cup(s) lime juice
2 teaspoon(s) adobo seasoning
4tilapia fillets
1 cooking spray
Directions
Combine tomato, cilantro, green olives, white wine vinegar, anchovy paste, 2 cloves of garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Whisk the lemon juice, lime juice, water, adobo and the remaining garlic together in a shallow dish.
Add the tilapia and turn to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat your broiler to high. Line baking sheet with foil and grease with cooking spray.
Remove the fish from the marinade and place on baking sheet.
