Chicken with Creamy Broccoli Pesto Bow Ties
This one-dish meal is pure poultry -- and delectable veggies! A light, creamy sauce tops it all off for a dinner that's divine.
Directions
- Boil salted water, add broccoli florets and cook until tender. Drain and place in bowl for later use.
- Cook pasta as per directions on box, drain
- Place basil, garlic, oil, lemon zest, red pepper and Parmesan in a food processor or blender until finely ground.
- Add broccoli and pulse four to five times until coarsely chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir broccoli pesto and cream cheese into pasta until well blended.
- Add shredded chicken. Serve and enjoy!
