Cheesy Baked Spaghetti

On top of spaghetti... you'll find a medley of three cheeses. Ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan play supporting roles in this Italian meal that will please adults and kids alike. Making it an Italian kind of night.

Cheesy Baked Spaghetti

  • 16 ounce(s) spaghetti
  • 2 cup(s) reduced fat ricotta cheese
  • 2 cup(s) reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup(s) reduced fat Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cooking spray

Directions

     
    1. Preheat oven to 400 ºF.
    2. Use cooking spray to grease a 13 by 9-inch baking dish.
    3. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.
    4. Once cooked, place spaghetti in a medium bowl. Stir in the ricotta and mozzarella cheese. 
    5. Toss and mix well and transfer to the baking dish.
    6. Sprinkle parmesan over the pasta.
    7. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. 
    8. Serve hot.
