Blueberry Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients

Recipe

  • 1 package sugar-free yellow cake mix
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) quick oats
  • 3/4 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
  • 24 tablespoon(s) blueberry jam
  • 1/2 floz water

Directions

    1. Combine cake mix and oats.
    2. Stir in applesauce.
    3. Put 3 cups of mixture in  9x 13 inch pan.
    4. Mix jam and water.
    5. Spoon over cake mixture and spoon remaining cake mixtuer on top. 
    6. Bake at 375 ºF for 15-20 mintues.
    7. Cool and cut into rectangles.
