1/2 floz vodka
1/4 cup(s) half and half
2 tablespoon(s) basil

Directions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil,
Add garlic, onion, and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring frequently.
Add the tomatoes and salt. Raise the heat and bring sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cook the penne according to the package directions. Set aside.
Add the vodka and half-and-half and bring the sauce to a boil.
Toss the sauce with the pasta and garnish with basil and Parmesan. Serve.
