  • 1/2 cup(s) steel cut oats
  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup(s) dried apple rings, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon(s) maple syrup, for topping

Directions

    1. Mix oats, water, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a 3 quart slow cooker.
    2. Cook on low for 8 hour.
    3. Stir in dried fruit and maple syrup when serving.
