Vegan Spaghetti Squash

- 1 spaghetti squash, cut in half length wise and seeded
- 1/4 cup(s) toasted pine nuts
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh chopped sage
- 2 teaspoon(s) Non-dairy butter, melted
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Place the squash, cut side down, in a large baking dish.
3. Bake the squash in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
4. Scrape flesh of squash from the rind using a fork and place in a bowl. Add the pine nuts, sage, non-dairy butter, salt, and pepper; toss to combine. Serve immediately.
