- 16 ounce(s) extra lean ground turkey
- 40 floz water
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 cup(s) celery, chopped
- 1 cup(s) carrots, chopped
- 1/3 cup(s) barley
- 1/4 cup(s) catsup
- 1 vegetarian bouillon cube
- 1 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
- 1/3 tablespoon(s) basil
- 1 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) bay leaves (1 bay leaf)
Directions
- Brown the meat and drain access fat.
- Combine water, tomatoes, celery, carrots, barley, catsup, bouillon cube, garlic powder, basil, oregano and bayleaf. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 1 hour. Serve.
