Alaskan cod fillets

barbecue sauce

onions, thick slices
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut 4 large pieces of tin foil out on a flat surface.
On each foil piece, spread 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce and three slices of onion. Then lay filet in the center. Sprinkle small amount of salt and pepper.
Fold up foil around each filet and place in oven to bake.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
