Peachy Grilled Chicken

- 3 peaches, pitted and diced
- 1 vine-ripened tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup(s) onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoon(s) parsley
- 1 1/4 tablespoon(s) bourbon brown sugar barbecue sauce
- 1 floz lime juice
- 8 ounce(s) boneless skinless chicken breast
Directions
- In a medium serving bowl, stir together the peaches, tomatoes, onion, parsley, brown bourbon marinade and lime juice.
- Pour mixture into resealable bag. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the mixture.
- Add the chicken and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Grill chicken over medium heat for about 6 minutes on each side.
- Add remaining mixture to chicken and serve.
