Third-party advertisers and promoters ("Advertisers") may provide or post advertisements or promotional content ("Ad Content") on ThinkHealthier.com (the "Site") from time to time, and such Advertisers must comply with these Advertising Standards ("Standards").

ThinkHealthier reserves the right to change or modify these Standards at any time and in its sole discretion. If ThinkHealthier makes changes to these Standards, we will provide Advertisers with notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, posting a notice on our Site or updating the date at the top of these Standards. Continuing to submit Ad Content for, or post of such content on, the Site will confirm an Advertiser's acceptance of the revised Standards. We encourage Advertisers to frequently review the Standards to ensure they understand the acceptable and prohibited practices for Ad Content on the Site. If any Advertiser does not agree to the amended Standards, such Advertiser must stop submitting Ad Content for, or posting such content on, the Site.

In addition to terms and conditions in the Site Terms of Use, Advertisers agree to the following:

Prohibited Uses.

Advertisers will not (1) access or use (or encourage, facilitate or instruct others to access or use) the Site for any illegal or harmful purpose, or (2) transmit, display, distribute or otherwise make available content or data on or through the Site that is illegal or harmful.

Illegal or Infringing Ad Content.

  • Advertisers' Ad Content and linked ads, promotions, and offers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. For example, claims and offers in Ad Content must not be false, misleading, or unsubstantiated. Also, Ad Content must not contain or promote illegal products or services.
  • Advertisers' Ad Content must not violate the rights of any third parties, including, without limitation, any intellectual or proprietary rights or rights of privacy or publicity.

Reporting Violations.

If you become aware of any violation of these Standards, you are required to immediately: (1) notify us by sending an email describing the violation to support@mydailymoment.com, and (2) provide us with assistance, as requested, to stop or remedy the violation.

Suspension or Termination.

If an Advertiser engages in conduct that violates these Standards, in addition to other available remedies, ThinkHealthier may (with or without notice) delete the individual Ad Content (if possible) and/or suspend or terminate the Advertiser’s right to post future Ad Content.
